Fields of Gold by Jenny Dolfen

Amarië ("Of the Home", from mar = "home") was a Vanyarin Elf who was loved by Finrod, a prince of the Noldor, but did not follow him to Middle-earth. They were never married while in Middle-earth but it is noted that they returned to life in Valinor and dwelled together, so they most likely wed later, but this is not recorded in the Silmarillion.
