Arathorn I (T.A. 2784[1] - 2848,[2] age 152) was the twelth Chieftain of the Dúnedain.
History
In the days of his father, Arassuil, the Orcs of the Misty Mountains emerged again. Arathorn succeeded Arassuil, on his death in 2784. Arathorn himself was killed violently[note 1] in 2848; he was succeeded by his son, Argonui.[2]
