Arathorn (T.A. 2693 - 2848, died aged 155) was the twelth Chieftain of the Dúnedain, succeeding his father, Arassuil, on his death in 2784.

Arathorn met an untimely death in 2848 (although, the The Peoples of Middle-earth says he lived his full life) after having ruled as chieftain for 64 years. He was succeeded by his son, Argonui.
