Arnach is a Pre-Númenorean word for the land in fief to Gondor, usually referred to as Lossarnach.

Arnach was the name of the capital city of the land of Lossarnach, in the region of Eastern Gondor. It was the home of Lord Forlong, and was led by the Captain of the Guard Baranor in his absence.
