Baillie Tolkien is the second wife of Christopher Tolkien, J.R.R. Tolkien's third son. They had at least two children : Adam and Rachel. She edited J.R.R. Tolkien's The Father Christmas Letters for posthumous publication.
Christopher has dedicated to her the twelfth volume of The History of Middle-earth, entitled The Peoples of Middle-earth.
