Balbo Baggins is the earliest recorded member of the Baggins family, being at the top of the Baggins Family Tree.
He married Berylla Boffin, daughter of Buffo Boffin, and they had the following children together:
Balbo was an ancester to many important hobbits, he was: the great-grandfather of Bilbo, the Ring-finder; the great-great-grandfather of Frodo; and the great-great-great-grandfather of Pippin and Merry.
