Bret McKenzie is a New Zealand actor and musician, best known as half of the entertainment duo Flight of the Conchords. He is the son of actor Peter McKenzie.
McKenzie gathered a huge web following for his tiny role as a background character in The Lord of the Rings (film series), later dubbed "Figwit". He portrayed Lindir in The Hobbit (film series). He also wrote and performed the song "Frodo, Don't Wear the Ring" with Flight of the Conchords.
