Colin Duriez (19 July 1947) is the author of several books and articles relating to J.R.R. Tolkien and the Inklings. He is the author of Tolkien and the Lord of the Rings: A Guide to Middle-Earth, The C.S. Lewis Encyclopedia, Tolkien and C.S. Lewis: The Gift of Friendship, and coauthored The Inklings Handbook with David Porter. He has appeared in several documentaries about Inkling members, the most noted being PBS' The Question of God: Sigmund Freud & C.S. Lewis (2004). Duriez lives in Leicester, England "in a house full of books."
