Craig Parker (born 1970) played Haldir in The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring and The Two Towers. He also provided the voices of Gothmog and his skull-helmed lieutenant in The Return of the King.
In June 2007, he and 14 other actors filed a lawsuit against New Line Cinema over merchandising royalties.
