Creating Gollum was released on 1 January 2003 by New Line Home Entertainment. The Disc is titled Capturing Movie Memories: The Gollum "Sméagol" Collectible. A digital portrayal of the DVD was posted on YouTube by "nature video" on 11 December 2013.
