Founded in 2006, by Angus Abranson and Dominic McDowall-Thomas, the company has published role-playing games from a list of licensed and home-grown properties. On 20 January 2010, Cubicle announced the release of The One Ring: The Lord of the Rings Role-playing Game.
On 27 July 2016, Cubicle announced the release of Adventures in Middle-earth.[1]
