David Giraudeau (b. 3 February 1980) is a French hydrographer and amateur philologist fascinated by Tolkien's invented languages. In 2006 he was granted permission by the Tolkien Estate to translate articles having appeared in Vinyar Tengwar. Giraudeau also runs the website Lambenórë.[1]
