Estë (Q: "Rest") was a lady of the Valar, the spouse of Irmo, who dwelt with him in the gardens of Lórien in Valinor. She was known in Sindarin as Îdh and in Nandorin as Eord. She was often called "The Gentle". She was the healer of hurts and weariness.
