First Age 2 (abbreviated to F.A. 2) is the 2nd year of the Sun of the First Age of Middle-earth.
Notable events in this year include:
- The Host of Fingolfin descends from Dor Daedeloth and camps beside Lake Mithrim. The House of Fëanor camp on the other side of the lake.[1]
- Morgoth issues dark poisonous vapours from the pits of Angband which darkening the sky.[2]
