Article Tense
What tense are the articles supposed to be in? For instance, is "when Fëanor finds his Silmarils were stolen by Melkor, he goes to Tirion" correct? Or is "when Fëanor found his Silmarils were stolen by Melkor, he went to Tirion", in the past tense, correct? --Narfil Palùrfalas 17:35, 27 April 2006 (EDT)
- Since Tolkien intended the legendarium to be a history, everything should be in past tense. Even the sections about Eriol. Which is nice, because it keeps everything simple. --Ebakunin 17:38, 27 April 2006 (EDT)
