The word for 'enemy' is cotumo (pl. cotumor).
'Amarth" is a Sindarin word. There are a number of words for 'fate' in Q, but I would prefer to use 'ambar' (a form of 'umbar', cf. Turambar, ambartanen). "of" is usually translated with the suffix "-ion". So,

I need a good proper translation of

Enemies of Fate

referring to a group of people who've chosen this as their title

I'm imagining "Cothi Amarthan" may be close.

What do you think?

If you have ponderings on this, please let me know!

Thanks a bunch!
