Something's bothered me for decades now. Why doesn't Sauron walk the path and get all chatty with the army of the dead? Seems to me he's lounging about as a spirit, they're spirits. Sauron and the army of the dead
Something's bothered me for decades now. Why doesn't Sauron walk the path and get all chatty with the army of the dead? Seems to me he's lounging about as a spirit, they're spirits. Why doesn't he just make friends and just unleash them on all the world, kill everybody he targets so he can do what he wants? —Unsigned comment by PirateRo (talk • contribs).
- They have no incentive to help him. If they kill everybody, then who could hold their oath fulfilled and release them from their punishment? Sauron can't. He's no party in the oath.
