Glóin (Third Age 2136 – 2385, died age 249) was the King of Durin's Folk for 96 years, succeeding his father Thorin I upon his death in T.A. 2289, being the heir of Durin the Deathless.[1]
History
Very little is known of Glóin's life and reign, other than that he reigned over the dwarves from the Grey Mountains because in T.A. 2210 Thorin removed the last dwarves from Erebor to the Grey Mountains where the remnants of Durin's Folk now were.
Glóin died in 2385, at the age of 249, and was succeeded by his son, Óin.[1]
