Hamfast Gardner

Hamfast Gardner was a son of Samwise Gamgee and Rose Cotton. He was named after his grandfather, Hamfast Gamgee.
Etymology
The name Hamfast comes from Old English hámfæst, meaning "stay-at-home".[1]
