John Charles Elton Le Mesurier De Somerys Halliley (April 5, 1912 - November 15, 1983) voiced the part of Bilbo Baggins in The Lord of the Rings 1981 radio series broadcasted on BBC 4. He also sang a demo version Bilbo's Last Song, which was first aired in 1982 and appeared as an extra on the third volume in the 2002 reissue of the series.
