W.R. Matthews 13-15 June 1964 is a letter from J.R.R. Tolkien to Mr. W.R. Matthews, written on June 13-15, 1964.

  • Descriptions: Tolkien made a carbon copy of the letter and included it in the manuscript folder containing Words, Phrases & Passages in The Lord of the Rings. The letter contains a discussion of the Black Speech.
