Menegilda Brandybuck, née Goold, was a Hobbit of the Shire.
History
Menegilda married Rorimac Brandybuck, and with him got two children, Saradoc and Merimac.
Unlike her husband and sons, she was not present at Bilbo Baggins' Birthday Party in S.R. 1401.[1]
Etymology
The name contains meneg "much" and hild "battle".[2]
