Minas Tsoulis (Greek: Μηνάς Τσούλης) is the author of two books related to the study of Quenya. He knows a number of languages, including English, French, Italian and Latin. His love for languages led him to the study of Quenya and the subsequent writing of a dictionary and a book of grammar. He is a member of the Elvish Linguistic Fellowship and he has also participated in other linguistic conferences. [1]
