Old Mill

The Old Mill was the mill that stood on the north banks of The Water in Hobbiton, run by Ted Sandyman, but bought and demolished by Lotho Sackville-Baggins.

The Old Mill is thought to be inspired by Sarehole Mill from Tolkien's childhood.
