Paris Howe Strewe played Théodred in The Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers. He is not an actor, and his only other credit in filmmaking is "lighting assistant" on Memory & Desire, starring Norman Forsey and Ian Hughes. He had some popularity after the movies came out, but both fansites^[1][2] are offline now.

In short, he is a complete unknown. So unknown Wikipedia did the most sensible thing.
