Pearl Took was the eldest child of Thain Paladin Took II and Eglantine Banks. She had three siblings:Petunia, Pervinca and Pippin.
Though her name only appears in the family tree of the Took family in Appendix A, J.R.R. Tolkien tells an interesting story about Pearl.
