Pervinca Took was a Hobbit of the Shire.
History
Pervinca was the third child and youngest daughter of Thain Paladin Took II and Eglantine Banks.[1]
Etymology
Pervinca refers to periwinkle, trailing or erect evergreen plants such as the European creeper.[2]
