Poems and Stories is a book first published in 1980. It reprints several works by J.R.R. Tolkien: The Adventures of Tom Bombadil, "The Homecoming of Beorhtnoth, Beorhthelm's Son", On Fairy-Stories, Leaf by Niggle, Farmer Giles of Ham, and Smith of Wootton Major. The book was illustrated by Pauline Baynes.[1]
A new hardback edition of Poems and Stories was published by HarperCollins in 1992 (ISBN:0261102907),[2] with cover art by Alan Lee.
