Ring of Doom is a text-adventure developed by Microworld and written by Chris Peters in the programming language BASIC.[1][2] It was released (possibly untranslated) by Bergsla in Sweden as Ödesringen (Swedish for Ring of Doom).[2]

Gameplay

Ödesringen is set in Moria and Mordor, and is based on the journey of Frodo. the player has to cross Moria and Mordor and throw the One Ring into the fires of Mount Doom.[2]
