Soni Alcorn-Hender

Soni Alcorn-Hender is an English artist living in Portugal who has done numerous Middle-earth sketches and paintings. She has a degree in Illustration from Glasgow School of Art and is also a Lucasfilm-approved artist.

In November 2007 she was one of the official sketch artists for Topps' trading card set 'Lord of the Rings, Masterpieces II', and in 2013 worked on the official 'Hobbit, An Unexpected Journey' release from Cryptozoic Entertainment. Her work featured in and on the back cover of the 54th edition of the Mallorn publication, and in 2014 she exhibited work at the Tolkien Society 'Oxonmoot' in Oxford.
