Was the phrase "Armies of the West" ever used by Tolkien? There's "Host of the West" of course, and "Army of the West" appears as a synonym a couple times (including in the Hammond & Scull index of the 50th Anniversary Edition of LOTR), but I can't find any use of the "Armies" variant.
