The Galadhrim does not only refer to the Silvan Elves of Lorien but to all the Elves there, which would include Sindar and a few Noldor. Note, the HoME index is rather unhelpful here. However, this is clearly the case as Galadriel calls Celeborn Galadhrim.

You're right. The Galadhrim, the people of Lórien, were mostly made up of Silvan Elves.
