:I see abandoned ideas like the Children of the Valar concepts, for example, as 'other versions of the legendarium' content.  It's interesting and I want to know about it, but where to put it?  I figure it could belong either on the pages of their would have been parents, or on the main page of the character they became in later usage.  I do not imagine many people would know to look up Kalimbo.  (I didn't.)  But, if this information is on Gothmog's page, which people are probably much more likely to check (7,735 times for Kalimbo vs. 143,613 for Gothmog the Lord of the Balrogs), I just learned something about Tolkien's earlier character concepts.  However, you're Admin and in charge of managing the vision here, so if you want to remove the merge tag and undo the content merge, go for it.  An undo would put the See Also: Kalimbo back on the Gothmog page, and people could click it if they want to see what the concept of Kalimbo was. I'll be glad either way; one less thing on the To-do. --[[User:Elf-esteem|Elf-esteem]] 17:42, 26 December 2015 (UTC)

::Quick thought: it could be enough with a "See also: Kalimbo" either at the end of our article about Gothmog or under the heading "Other versions of the legendarium" (in the Gothmog article).--[[User:Morgan|Morgan]] 21:28, 26 December 2015 (UTC)

Merger

I'm not convinced this should be merged (which is unlike me) - this seems to be a more distinctive concept from Gothmog, to me. --Mith (Talk/Contribs/Edits) 11:35, 26 December 2015 (UTC)Reply[reply]

I see abandoned ideas like the Children of the Valar concepts, for example, as 'other versions of the legendarium' content. --Elf-esteem 17:42, 26 December 2015 (UTC)Reply[reply]
