I'm looking through my various texts right now to find an exact reference to (and description of) the Sceptre. I believe the information in the article is correct, but I think we should try and add some citations. I seem to remember in the Appendices of LotR, Elrond mentioning that he would withhold the Sceptre from Aragorn until he earned it, but I don't remember if this description was found there. If I find the appropriate information, I'll add it. Does anyone else have anything useful on hand? Corsair Caruso 22:01, 16 October 2013 (UTC)
