Can someone explain the "recitation" of the Standing Silence in TS events? It's something I don't understand because it kinda contradicts the ceremony of Silece. There is no recitation by Faramir in the book; they just stand silent for a moment. I think it requires some explanation or even correction. BTW the reference is dead link.
