I don't recall this character being part of the Silmarillion Legendarium thus was he originally a draft character in Tolkien's earlier inceptions? | |||

Not mentioned in The Silmarillion?
I don't recall this character being part of the Silmarillion Legendarium thus was he originally a draft character in Tolkien's earlier inceptions?
