- Sure. From my perspective a foreign language needs to contain some level of significance that would make it appealing to English-language audiences, such as an original interview/letter from Tolkien, or it represents some milestone in Tolkien fandom, such as the first translation of The Hobbit. With this book the page has no information in English - and the publisher's information is against TG policy by not being in English - so it is impossible to judge its significance. --Mith (Talk/Contribs/Edits) 07:48, 28 January 2017 (UTC)
