Third Age 2050 (abbreviated to T.A. 2050) is the 2050th year of the Sun of the Third Age of Middle-earth. Third Age 2050 was also known as S.R. 450 in Shire-reckoning.
Notable events in this year include:
- The Witch-king's challenge to Eärnur is renewed.[1]
- Eärnur rides to Minas Morgul and is lost.[1][2]
- The line of kings ends: Mardil becomes the first Ruling Steward.[1][3]
