Third Age 2845 (abbreviated to T.A. 2845) is the 2845th year of the Sun of the Third Age of Middle-earth. Third Age 2845 was also known as S.R. 1245 in Shire-reckoning.
Notable events in this year include:
- King Thráin the Dwarf is imprisoned in Dol Guldur; the last of the Seven Rings is taken from him.[1]
