Agenda?

Should there be any place where participants in the meeting can write down items and form an agenda, so people (especially Hyarion, our chairman) can prepare for the meeting? -- Ederchil 09:06, 10 August 2008 (EDT)

I think maybe we should create a subarticle for each meeting based off this page, i.e. Tolkien Gateway:Meetings/10 August 2008. Before the actual meeting, users can give ideas for discussion and then after it should contain the transcript. So first we need to decide when the first meeting will be, I'm currently working out when will be the best time for every body as we have people from the west coast of America to Eastern Europe.-- KingAragorn  talk  contribs  edits  email  12:42, 10 August 2008 (EDT)
