My name is Friedrich Pohn. I hale from Bavaria, in the south Germany. I'm 20 years old, and since 2001 with the advent of Peter Jackson's "The Fellowship of the Ring" I have been hooked on to Tolkien and everything he wrote.
My Collection
- The Hobbit (almost every edition)
- The Lord of the Rings (same as above)
- The Silmarillion
- Unfinished Tales
- The History of Middle-earth (every volume)
- The Letters of J.R.R. Tolkien
- The History of The Hobbit
- Vinyar Tengwar (every release)
- Parma Eldalamberon (same as above)
- The Adventures of Tom Bombadil
- The Road Goes Ever On
Unfortunately, I'm not well-versed in Master Tolkien's main field of interest, the languages, so I am afraid that I cannot contribute much to that field.
(It may seem strange that I have every release of VT and PM [primarily linguistics-concerned], but honestly, my interest in those journals stems from the fact that I am obsessive about collecting and finding out every piece of writing relating to ME I can get my hands on.)
Also, I am insanely interested in the Atanatárion and its relation to the history of the later ages.
