Greetings friend! As you might have guessed, I am a huge fan of Tolkien. My favorite Middle Earth race is Elves and the Rohirim and my favorite Lord of the Rings character is Eowyn. I read the Hobbit when I was about seven, and when I was ten I had finished the Lord of the Rings. By now I have also read The Silmarillion and am currently reading Unfinished Tales of Numènor and Middle Earth. I love the movie adaption for the Lord of the Rings, and the Hobbit, although I do wish the Hobbit movie was a little more accurate.

  • I love Star Wars
  • I have a few dwarf friends
  • I do think that the Entwives are not lost
  • I do think that balrogs have wings
  • I speak some Sindarin, some Quenya and am learning more
  • Some of my other favorite Lord of the Rings/Hobbit characters are: Legolas, Thranduil, Elrond, Galadriel (or any elf) Frodo, Mithrandir (Gandalf), and Faramir
  • I am American and I would love to go to New Zealand some day
  • My favorite Silmarillion characters are Fingon and Tulkas
  • I am a Christian

Favorite Quotes:

"The love of the Elves for their land and their works is deeper than the deeps of the Sea, and their regret is undying and cannot ever wholly be assuaged." The Fellowship of the Ring

"You cannot pass," he said. The orcs stood still, and a dead silence fell. "I am a servant of the Secret Fire, wielder of the flame of Anor. You cannot pass. The dark fire will not avail you, flame of Udûn. Go back to the Shadow! You cannot pass." -Gandalf

"For myself," said Faramir, "I would see the White Tree in flower again in the courts of the kings, and the Silver Crown return, and Minas Tirith in peace: Minas Anor again as of old, full of light, high and fair, beautiful as a queen among other queens." -Faramir

"What do you fear, lady?" he asked. "A cage," she said. "To stay behind bars, until use and old age accept them, and all chance of doing great deeds is gone beyond recall or desire." -Eowyn

"But no living man am I! You look upon a woman. Éowyn I am, Éomund's daughter. You stand between me and my lord and kin. Begone, if you be not deathless! For living or dark undead, I will smite you, if you touch him." -Eowyn

"Then when Fingon heard afar the great trumpet of Turgon his brother, the shadow passed and his heart was uplifted, and he shouted aloud:Utúlie'n aurë! Aiya Eldalië ar Atanatári, utúlie'n aurë! The day has come! Behold, people of the Eldar and Fathers of Men, the day has come! And all those who heard his great voice echo in the hills answered crying: Auta i lómë! The night is passing!" -Fingon
