Vandalism/Spam

Thanks for noting the spam, Protospace! When a spammer creates a new article, I'd recommend to replace the content with the {{delete}} tag.--Morgan 10:36, 27 April 2017 (UTC)Reply[reply]

Thanks! I'm still getting a feel for the different templates and such, and I appreciate you pointing this one out. I'll be sure to use it if I come across another spam page. Protospace 16:22, 27 April 2017 (UTC)Reply[reply]

Redirects

Hi. On redirects we used to create loads, but this is no longer as necessary as the software was updated which will redirect visitors. So, for instance, "frodo baggins" does not exist as a page (and please do not create a redirect for this), but if you type it into the search this will take you to "Frodo Baggins" by default. Lower case variants aren't necessary. --Mith (Talk/Contribs/Edits) 09:51, 8 March 2018 (UTC)Reply[reply]

Good to know, thanks! Protospace 17:56, 8 March 2018 (UTC)Reply[reply]
I understand that there's no need for redundant lowercase redirects, and creating some was ignorance on my part. But the Help:R redirect I created wasn't "useless"--I'm constantly visiting Help:References to get citation template information for the references I add, and I was getting tired of writing out Help:References in the search bar every time I did. So I created Help:R as a shortcut. Would it be too much trouble to keep it? Protospace 18:16, 8 March 2018 (UTC)Reply[reply]
