Victor Platt

Victor Platt (born Victor Elphick, October 10, 1920) is a British actor. He played various stage roles and made guest appearances on television series. In the 1955 radio series The Lord of the Rings, be played Sam.
In 1984, he had an asteroid named after him: 3237 Victorplatt.
