Folcwine (Third Age 2830 – 2903, aged 73 years) was the fourteenth King of Rohan
History
Folcwine was the son of Folca "The Hunter", and great-grandfather of Théoden. His eldest sons, the twins Folcred and Fastred, were lost in war with Harad, and Folcwine was succeeded by his youngest child, Fengel.[1]
Etymology
Folcwine means "folk-friend" in Old English.
