Gisbert Kranz

Gisbert Kranz (February 9, 1921 - October 3, 2009) was a German Anglicist and Catholic writer. He was known primarily for his anthologies and review papers on Christian-oriented fiction. In 1983, he founded 'die Inklings-Gesellschaft' (the Inklings Society), dedicated to the scientific study of the Inklings. 'Die Inklings-Gesellschaft' publishes the yearbook Jahrbuch für Literatur und Ästhetik ("Annual Review of Literature and Aesthetics").[1]
