Naomi Mitchison 8 November 1959 is a letter from J.R.R. Tolkien to Naomi Mitchison, written on 8 November 1959.[1][2]
- Subject: Tolkien notes that much of the early part of The Lord of the Rings was written in Sidmouth.[2] He regrets not being able to meet Mitchison.[3]
