Mámandil

Mámandil is a Quenya word meaning "friend or sheep" and possibly also "shepherd".

"Mámandil son of Úner" was the epithet of Hallacar of Hyarastorni while he stayed incognito among the pastoral lands of Emerië.[1]

Etymologies
