::Ok, sorry, I didn't see your question in the talkpage. The thing is that I agree with the visual help. That's why I created the :Template:Gnomes infobox at some point. But I agree with Mith here about the dangers of making so many templates. I think the Gnomes template remained there in a limbo because there is still no proper policy for the articles about OVOTL, but in anycase I let you know that last year some users attempted to create several infoboxes and Mith ended with them just improving the Men and Elves infoboxes. It's fine for me if we keep the Easterling infoboxes, as there are many articles for them, but I don't know if Mith will keep them. Good that you removed the Avari template, as with the publication of TNOME, the term is way more complicated and I think we shouldn't have it, at least until we clarify things. --LorenzoCB 07:44, 19 October 2021 (UTC)

Ivar, please, stop. This was already discussed with Mith and the infoboxes of Elves and Men were modified to be more versatile, so we don't need so many infoboxes. Please, remove the Easterling infoboxes. --LorenzoCB 21:22, 18 October 2021 (UTC)Reply[reply]

I brought the topic of an Easterling infobox in the Talk:Easterlings (First Age), yet no one responded.
And as to infoboxes: sure, the generic ones are versatile, but as far as I can understand, those are still supposed to be applied only to ambiguous or very obscure groups? Avar infobox might be a bit too much, but there are 11 characters that fit the Easterling one. IvarTheBoneless 21:43, 18 October 2021 (UTC)Reply[reply]

Ok, sorry, I didn't see your question in the talkpage. The thing is that I agree with the visual help. That's why I created the Template:Gnomes infobox at some point. --LorenzoCB 07:44, 19 October 2021 (UTC)Reply[reply]
