Distaste for Celtic names?[edit source]
How can Tolkien say that he has a distaste for Celtic names while most names in the Silmarillion are Sindarin, and therefore emulate Welsh? Crankshaw obviously referred to the Welsh-sounding names. This is an obvious contradiction and should be explaned in the article. Perhaps Tolkien didn't consider Welsh when hearing about Celtic? Sage 07:49, 23 October 2018 (UTC)
